Official Phoenix Bass Fishing League Rules
Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus everything inside break wall at Moors Resort. Locking is NOT permitted. *Contestants may not enter tournament waters to locate bass or potential fishing waters or sightsee after 6:30 PM on the day prior to the event. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters. A Tennesse license is required for Tennessee waters. KY & TN licenses do reciprocate on Kentucky Lake from Egners Ferry Bridge to the 79 Bridge. A KY license can be purchased over the phone at 877.598.24 Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" on all bass *Special Note: It is illegal to possess a Smallmouth bass less than 18" long when in Tennessee waters on south Barkley.
