Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus 50 yards either side of fish release Locking is permitted on the river. Locking is NOT permitted into Kentucky Lake or Barkley Lake. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky Waters. An Illinois license is required for Illinois waters. Either license may be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" on all bass
