*PRESENTED BY LOWRANCE Either a Maryland or Virginia license is required. The licenses do reciprocate and may be purchased at takemefishing.org. Fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge requires a D.C. license. D.C. licenses may be purchased at takemefishing.org or locally at Fred's Outdoors (301.843.3040). A U.S. Coast Guard approved state boating course is required in addition to the D.C. license when fishing D.C. waters only. This free safety course can be taken online at boatus.org. All anglers fishing Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid driver license or some sort of picture ID along with a valid fishing license. Registration: 3:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2019 *No guides or purchasing information after May 19, 2019 Off Limits: May 20-June 1, 2019 @ 5:00PM Size limit: 15" Practice: June 1 @ 5:00PM -- June 3, 2019 - Must be off the water at 2 PM on Monday, June 3, 2019 BFL All-American weigh in is at 4:00PM at Smallwood State Park; You can not launch your boats until 5:00PM Saturday.
