*PRESENTED BY RANGER Off Limits: Standard off limits as defined in Rule # 11 of the Official Rules plus "five-miile per hour (flat wake) buoys mark harbor limits; fishing from boats inside harbors is prohibited. No participant in a fishing tournament may fish anywhere inside a harbor. Fishing License: An Arizona fishing license requires a Nevada Use Stamp; likewise, a Nevada fishing license requires an Arizona Use Stamp.
