Registration: 4:30 - 5:30 a.m. Pre-tournament Meeting: 5:30 a.m. Off-Limits: See the official rules, plus fish release area at weigh-in site. Also, see off limits map. License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciprocate. All anglers fishing in Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or some sort of picture ID along with fishing license. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 15 inches Weigh in only 3 Live bass per person
