Off-Limits: Rule #12 of the official rules plus Pool 10 and Mississippi River Tribuatries. Locking is permitted. License: Wisconsin or Iowa licenses are required on the Mississippi River proper, including its backwater lakes and sloughs contiguous with the flow of waters in the main channel. Wisconsin licenses may be purchased by calling 877.945.4236. Iowa licenses may be purchased by calling 800.367.1188. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 14" on all bass.
