Day 3 Weigh-in: 3:00 p.m. at Country Chevrolet, 104 W 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025. Off-Limits: See rule #12 of the official rules plus fish release area which includes entire area at Moors Marina including the break-wall exteding 200 yards off shore plus all Tennessee waters on Lake Barkley. NO LOCKING. License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters. A Tennessee license is required for Tennessee waters. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 15 Inches Awards are based on a 150-boat field.
