Off-Limits: Rule #12 of the official rules plus Old Kuttawa Harbor from the no wake bouys all the way back to the back of the harbor, also the breakwall inside the bouys. Tennesee waters on Lake Barkley are off-limits. License: Kentucky License for Kentucky waters and Tennessee License for Tennessee waters. To purchase a Tennessee licence call 888.814.8972.
