Official Phoenix Bass Fishing League Rules

Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required at Blood River. A Tennessee license is required below the Paris bridge and at the state line on Barkley Lake.x0dx0ax0dx0aSize Limits: Catch limit-5; Size Limit 12" Spotted Bass, 15" Smallmouth Bass and 15" Largemouth Bassx0dx0ax0dx0aOff-Limits: Official Rule #11 and inside Kentucky Dam Marina and Paddle Boat area. Inside the break wall at Lighthouse Landing and 100 yards from slips at Kuttawa Marina are also off-limits. No Locking is allowed outside of Kentucky or Barkley Lakes.
