Practice and Off-limits: Standard FLW off limits apply. Competition waters are off-limits May 1-28, 2017. Competition waters are open for practice May 29 through noon June 2, 2017.

The purchasing of, or bartering for, information or the hiring of fishing guide services is not permitted after April 30, 2017. High School Fishing teams are required to yield to the YETI FLW College Fishing teams competing May 31-June 2, 2017, on Wheeler Lake.

Beginning May 1, 2017, and extending through competition, contestants, coaches and boat captains may not follow a noncontestant's boat or participate in the placing of markers, brush or other physical fish attractors by noncontestants or the practice of "hole sitting" by anyone. Do not follow YETI FLW College Fishing teams during your practice.

Fishing License: An Alabama fishing license is required and can be purchased at www.takemefishing.org.

Boat Operation: A Ranger Z520C with Lowrance electronics will be provided for use by each team June 3. Boats provided to each team may be picked up at approximately 6 p.m. following the T-H Marine BFL All-American weigh-in at McFarland Park. Contestants are not permitted to drive the boat when the combustion engine is in operation. Each boat must be driven by the team's coach or boat captain. Contestants may operate the trolling motor. Coaches and boat captains may provide assistance, including information about locating and catching fish, but are not permitted to fish.

Catch Limit: 5 bass per team; Size Limit: 15" Smallmouth and 12" Largemouth & Spotted Bass
