Take Off: Daily at 6:30 am. 3:00 pm Days 1, 2 & 3 at Dock Street Landing 4:00 pm Day 4 at Trinity Park located at City Hall Place, Plattsburgh, NY Family Fun Zone Day 4 from 12 - 4 pm at Trinity Park. Off Limits Areas: Standard off limits as defined in Rule #12 of the Official Rules (which includes the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge), plus fish release area (includes outside of break wall at marina), all Canadian waters off-limits. No locking. Off Limits Period: August 25 - September 4 & 9. Fishing License: A Vermont fishing license is reciprocal with New York for all of Lake Champlain with the exception of the southern most tip of the lake. A New York fishing license is good only in certain areas of Vermont. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 12"
