Take Off: Daily at 7:00 am. 3:00 pm Days 1, 2 & 3 at Ingalls Harbor 4:00 pm Day 4 at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2800 Spring Avenue SW, Decatur, AL 35603 256.350.4624 Off Limits Areas: Standard off limits as defined in Rule #12 of the Official Rules, plus the fish release area to include 100 yards upstream and downstream at Ingalls Harbor. No locking allowed. Off Limits Period: March 10 - 20 & 25. Fishing License: Alabama license required. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 12"
