FLW/KBF Nickajack Open Coverage

The Dee Zee FLW/KBF Kayak Open presented by YakAttack at Nickajack Lake kicked off this morning as the first of two events that are part of a partnership between FLW and Kayak Bass Fishing, the nation’s foremost organization supporting kayak bass anglers.

Being held in conjunction with this week’s FLW Tour event at Lake Chickamauga, the Open is hosted by Fish Dayton and Fish Lake Chickamauga. Additional sponsors includeBass Pro Shops, FishUSA, Jackson Kayak, Bonafide Kayak, B&W Hitches, Dakota Lithium BatteriesandPolaris.The top 100 anglers will qualify to compete in the second event of the season, the FLW/KBF Cup in Hot Springs, Ark.

Top performers today will participate in an event summary on the FLW Tour stage at 3:30. You can watch it at FLWFishing.com as part of the daily FLW Live weigh-in show. On Sunday, the tournament winner and other top anglers will receive their awards on the FLW Tour stage at 3:15. That ceremony will also air on FLW Live.
