Costa FLW High School Fishing Summer Camp

Costa FLW High School Fishing Summer Camp

The Costa FLW High School Fishing Summer Camp is the ultimate camp for serious high school anglers, their parents, boat captains and coaches. Held on the beautiful Murray State University campus with daily activities on the South’s Great Lake – Kentucky Lake, this is one camp you don’t want to miss. Students will receive instruction from top professionals and industry executives to take their fishing and fishing-career readiness to the next level. Adults have the option to drop off their students or stay throughout the camp and participate in special panel discussions aimed at identifying best practices to give your High School Fishing team the edge it needs to thrive. Camp starts Wednesday, July 18 and concludes Friday, July 20.

All campers are invited to stay over and fish the FLW Foundation #MarshallStrong tournament benefiting victims of the Jan. 23, 2018, shooting at Marshall County High School. The tournament will be held Saturday, July 21 on Kentucky Lake. Two lucky campers will be selected to fish the tournament with FLW Tour pros Scott Martin and Andy Morgan in a head-to-head matchup during the tournament. The winner will take home the Costa FLW High School Fishing Cup. Don’t miss this opportunity to lend a helping hand while applying all the skills learned at camp.

Make a Tiny Swimbait Your Winter Go-To

Wintertime and late fall fishing can be super fun, especially up north, when smallmouths are often fat and fairly grouped up. 2019 BFL AOY Winners

The T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) has long been one of the hardest-fought grassroots tournament circuits and the breeding ground for future pros and local legends. With five tournaments in each division, anglers have to contend against the best in their local area, often fishing against full-time guides or local anglers with dozens of tournament wins to their name on a given body of water. As such, winning the season-long Angler of the Year title in one of the 24 divisions is a monumental feat, something that only a couple BFL anglers have done more than a few times. READ MORE »
