#ReelFun Fishing event starting on June 1st.
Help FLW kick off National Fishing and Boating Week in partnership with the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation and Wildlife Forever by hosting a #ReelFun Fishing event at your local Walmart store June 1, June 2 or June 3, 2018, and receive a $30 Walmart gift card for each store visited as a token of our appreciation.
Last year FLW Ambassadors visited more than 1,600 Walmart stores nationwide and helped spread the joy of fishing and boating by providing expert fishing advice to families, encouraging fishing license purchases and conducting a flipping game for children. FLW will supply you with the following gift items for distribution to customers during each 2-hour #ReelFun Fishing event:
– FREE FLW fishing licenses holders
– FREE FLW Memberships with digital delivery of FLW Bass Fishing magazine
– FREE Future FLW Tour pro stickers for children
– FREE Wildlife Forever State-Fish Art Contest trading cards
As an FLW Ambassador you will receive a $30 Walmart gift card for each 2-hour #ReelFun Fishing event completed at your local Walmart stores plus an FLW cap, lanyard and official FLW Ambassador ID badge all for helping families in your community prepare for some fun on the water this summer.
Your appearances will be promoted on takemefishing.org and vamosapescar.org, FLWFishing.com, in-store signage and e-blasts to FLW fans as well as through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You also have the option of displaying your boat if desired and permitted by store management. Just let us know when you select your stores.
We appreciate your enthusiasm, but please do not select more than nine stores, as visiting three stores per day as an FLW Ambassador is a full schedule and you need to allow travel time between stores so that your events start on time. We also recommend visiting stores close to home. There are 3,927 locations from which to choose.
Your dedication to fishing and our nation’s youth is greatly appreciated.

Store selections will be honored based on the time and date they are submitted. You should receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes of submitting your selections. If you do not, please contact us.
The deadline for store selection is March 16. When you select your stores, please be sure to specify the date and time you will visit each store selected on either June 1, June 2 or June 3 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. It is extremely important that you honor the schedule you set for each store selected.
