How to Play Fantasy Fishing

Fantasy fishing is a free and fun way to test your fishing knowledge and win some great prizes

We’ve revamped the Fantasy Fishing experience with a new look and new way to play. Get started playing by finding the link to the Fantasy Fishing link at the top right of any FLWfishing.com page.

Create Your Team

Welcome to the new Fantasy Fishing hub. Here you’ll find all the paths to FF greatness. The first step is assembling your team of anglers. Click on the box in the lower left-hand side of the page labeled “My Team.” Either enter your login info or create an account to get started.

You’ve made a team. Time to pick your players.  Click the Team tab at the top right of the page. That brings you here.

Start adding anglers to your team by clicking the green circles and removing them with the yellow boxes. Filter by name, salary or other statistics by clicking the column header. Choose wisely as there’s a $200 salary cap to pick 8 anglers.

Join a League

Now that you’ve put together your team, it’s time to test it against other fishing fans. Create your own private or public league and invite your friends.  Join any number of leagues to play against thousands of other Fantasy Fishing enthusiasts.

Use the dropdown arrow to reveal all the public leagues. Select which one you want to join, then click “Join League.” Creating your own public or private league is as simple as filling out the right-hand side information and inviting others to play.

Member’s Advantage

The Member’s Advantage tab brings you to all our Fantasy Fishing tools. FLW members have access to the full list of our experts’ Pundit Picks. The Lake Reports, Local Finder, and more tools will be available very soon.
