SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, La. – Although FLW has offered bass-fishing fans plenty of live tournament action in the past, the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup is slated to feature the most comprehensive array of live streaming video, Cup programming and on-demand video ever offered in the history of the year-end championship.

For the first time ever, FLW will be launching “The Cup Insider,” a live telecast featuring commentary from professional anglers, on-the-water reporters and tournament hosts covering all of the up-to-the-minute developments at 2013 Forrest Wood Cup. The Cup Insider will take place live at the Shreveport Convention Center but can also be viewed in a live streaming video format on www.forrestwoodcup.com. Programming for the The Cup Insider will begin on Friday, Aug. 16 and continue through Sunday, Aug. 18 as a series of six daily broadcasts which will run on the half hour every hour daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fans also will be treated to a live morning show broadcast from the Forrest Wood Cup takeoff location at the Red River South Marina each day from Aug. 15-18. The morning show, which will be live streamed on www.forrestwoodcup.com, will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. daily. Fans who tune into www.forrestwoodcup.com will also get to view live “check-in” streaming video as anglers make their way back to the boat ramp each afternoon. Live “check-in” video will stream daily beginning at 3:45 p.m. from Aug. 15-18.

During Sunday’s final day of tournament action on Aug. 18, fans will be able to view live-streaming video feeds directly from the boat of each of the top-10 pro finalists. Fans will be able to view the individual “boat cams” on www.forrestwoodcup.com beginning at the start of the day’s takeoff all the way through boat check-in.

As always, bass-fishing fans unable to attend this year’s Forrest Wood Cup will be able to view each day’s weigh-in live on their computers, tablets or mobile devices as part of the FLW Live programming option on www.forrestwoodcup.com. Specifically, FLW Live will provide fans with live streaming coverage of the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup weigh-in directly from the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City, La., beginning at 4:30 p.m. Central time on Aug. 15 and 16; and 4 p.m. Central time on Aug. 17 and 18. For fans who miss out on any of the live weigh-in coverage, video and audio of each day’s weigh-in will be uploaded in an on-demand video format on forrestwoodcup.com.

Fans of country music artist Dylan Scott can also tune to www.forrestwoodcup.com on Aug. 18 at 4 p.m. to view his live concert at the CenturyLink Center.

While FLW will offer comprehensive live tournament coverage throughout the four-day event, there will be plenty of on-demand video housed on www.forrestwoodcup.com as well. As part of the on-demand video library, fans will be able to view professional angler seminars, compelling Forrest Wood Cup competitor interviews and a host of other Cup-related videos on www.forrestwoodcup.com throughout the four-day event.

So whether you can make it to the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup in person or not, don’t miss out on the action.
