In an ongoing effort to provide as much interaction between world-class anglers and fishing fans as possible, FLWOutdoors.com has announced the 63rd installment of FLW Live Reel Chat. On Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. Central time (3 p.m. ET), visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will be able to correspond directly with Mercury pro Danny Plautz, the National Guard FLW Walleye Tour Championship winner, in a special live chat-room format.

With nearly $163,000 in career FLW earnings, Mercury pro Danny Plautz of Madison, Wisc., recently took home the top prize at the 2012 National Guard FLW Walleye Tour Championship on the Mississippi River. The event marked Plautz’s first major FLW Walleye Tour win and allowed him to walk away with $85,000 in first-place prize money. In addition to his recent victory, Plautz also boasts four other top-10 FLW finishes including: an eighth-place result on Lake Oahe (2012), a third-place finish on Bays de Noc (2012), a runner-up finish on Green Bay (2011) and a second-place result on the Detroit River (2002).

Chat directly with Plautz

Participation in the upcoming chat is simple. At the start of the next live chat on Nov. 7, visitors can log on at 2 p.m. Central time and interact directly with Plautz or simply watch the chat unfold online. As always, FLW fishing fans may begin submitting questions immediately.

During the chat fishing fans will be able to ask Plautz about his Walleye Tour Championship victory, what it was like to capture his very first FLW Walleye Tour title, pose tips-and-technique questions or ask anything else that comes to mind. Again, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com are able to log on and submit questions in advance of the scheduled chat in order to have the first shot at getting their questions answered. It’s also a great way to participate if you’re unable to make the Nov. 7 live chat. However, for those who miss the chat entirely, a transcript of the event will be posted to the site in article form immediately following its conclusion.

In addition, fishing fans who missed out on any previous FLW Live Reel Chats can find links to their full transcripts here.

FLWOutdoors.com will offer the FLW Live Reel Chat format continually, with regularly scheduled chats occurring after each FLW Tour event. Also, additional chats will be added throughout each month as anglers or fishing celebrities become available.
