Curt Niedermier, editor-in-chief of FLW Bass Fishing magazine and a bass fishing pundit, was featured this week on The Bass Reporters, a webcast dedicated to professional bass fishing news and analysis.
Hosts Ken Duke, Steve Price and Dan O’Sullivan spoke with Niedermier about the FLW Tour regular-season finale on the Potomac River, and how Yamamoto Baits pro Tom Monsoor broke down the tidal fishery to earn his first Tour win.
Niedermier and company then dove into who they think is the FLW Tour’s top angler, how Lake Murray is setting up for the 2017 Forrest Wood Cup and who their early favorites are to win the championship event.
Price and Duke originally founded The Bass Reporters as The B.A.S.S. Reporters podcast when ESPN owned the B.A.S.S. tournament-fishing organization. The show grew to include O’Sullivan and B.A.S.S. Senior Writer Louis Stout before ceasing production in 2011.
The show reemerged in early 2017 with fresh content for fans, and will continue to feature the four bass fishing reporters along with special guests from around the bass fishing industry.
