Ell and Navies tie at on the Potomac River

Anthony Ell of Stanhope, N.J., and Omari Navies of Fort Washington, Md., each weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds even Saturday to tie for the win in the third Walmart Bass Fishing League Shenandoah Division tournament of 2014 on the Potomac River.
