McClain wins BFL tournament on Ohio River

Boater Frank McClain of Scottsburg, Ind., caught a five-bass limit weighing 9 pounds, 5 ounces Saturday to win $3,386 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus in the FLW BFL Hoosier Division tournament on the Ohio River.
