Ranger Boats has announced the dates of the very first public showing in the upper Midwest of the new Ranger Z521 Comanche. The official unveiling will take place Thursday, Aug. 20 through Saturday, Aug. 22 in Fort Madison, Iowa. Centered around the ultra competitive and popular FLW Stren Series, the Mississippi River venue represents the ideal place to showcase this state-of-the-art model for 2010.

The Z521 continues the strong lineage of the Z500 series and incorporates a new spacious 21-foot, 3-inch boat wielding a full 95-inch beam for the sturdiest fishing platform available in a high-performance fishing boat to be found anywhere. Rated at 250 HP and with an increased level of comfort and safety for rough water conditions, the Z521 brings anglers across the country a level, all-around performance not previously seen in a 21-foot boat.

The boat will be on display Thursday, Aug. 20 and Friday, Aug. 21 at the Stren Series weigh-in at Captain Kirk’s Marina, located at 902 4th Street in Fort Madison, Iowa. Weigh-in times for the first two days of Stren Series competition (Aug. 20 and Aug. 21) begin at 3 p.m. Central Time. The Z521 will also be available for viewing Saturday, Aug. 22 during the final Stren Series weigh-in, slated to take place at the Burlington Walmart Supercenter, located 324 West Agency Road, Burlington, Iowa.
