BAINBRIDGE, Ga. – They are wet, cold and ready to catch a fish. Friday morning a full field of Stren Series anglers headed back out on Lake Seminole to get even with the lake that has thrown them a cold front on day one, nearly 3 inches of rain on day two and very few fish to show for their efforts.

After two days of fishing, very little has surfaced about solid patterns at Seminole in this Stren Southeast Division event.

The top five consist of pros fishing different ways in different areas with the only common denominator being a lot of unanswered casts between bites.

There have been a total of 23 five-bass limits weighed in over two days, and the word “cull” has not been used very much this week.

Lake Seminole bass are going to have to go on a major feeding spree if things are to be any better at this afternoon’s weigh-in.

The top-10 cut weight on the pro side now stands at 18 pounds, 10 ounces with speculation that 22 pounds might get a pro to Saturday’s finals after today.

Day three weigh-in begins Friday at 3 p.m. EST at the Earle May Boat Basin. FLWOutdoors.com also offers FLW Live – bringing remote fans up-to-the-second results, complete with streaming audio and video – for those who cannot attend in person.
