Pennington is a relative newcomer to FLW, but has experience fishing as a boater and co-angler at both the Tour and BFL levels. Pennington has fished the BFL Arkie division since 2011, and his best finish throughout these years came at his home lake, Beaver Lake. When not on the water, Pennington is employed as an electrician. He spends a lot of time on Beaver Lake trying to learn more about offshore structure fishing. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He also is a huge Arkansas Razorback fan. Pennington also used to play major level slow-pitch softball and is an All-American.
