Let me take a few moments of your time to introduce my ideas, concepts and goals for effectively fishing in the years to come. With my knowledge of the fishing industry and excellent sales ability, fishing will be taught with a high level of confidence. The advantages that I offer are respectability, approachability and professionalism. Being a successful business owner and a professional bass fisherman, my marketing abilities are exceptional. Exposed to the public in a life saving capacity for over 29 years as a Dallas Fireman/Paramedic, I have a genuine passion for people with the ability to communicate effectively. Fishing always is somewhere in my conversation. Currently I am participating in programs such as The Get Hooked on Fishing and Not on Drugs Tournament, Take a Kid Fishing Month, Gone Fishing For an Education Scholarship Bass Tournament, American Heart Association Celebrity Tournament and Floppers Fishing Academy. I have established a working relationship with local newspapers, radio and television appearances through the tournament trail. I am currently a staff writer for Gary Yamamota’s Ezine Magazine since 1999. I have been a guest host on Honeyhole All outdoors Television Show since 2003 to present with 2 to 3 appearances on the show per year. I am very excited about producing my own fishing show entitled “Back Water Bassin TV Show” which I would like to air by spring of 2018. Being an African American Bass Fisherman, I feel that this is an excellent time to promote bass fishing in my community. I feel that bass fishing can be a great learning tool, by exposing individuals to new ideas, concepts, techniques and beliefs. Fishing can teach patience, endurance, and promote a positive attitude, besides being a lot of fun.My area of expertise is deep water structure fishing, I am known is my area and on the tournament trail as The long liner because of a technique that developed and use which is my Tex-o-lina Rig and I employ my electronics to effectively find fish. I have perfected a variety of fishing techniques to be a successful tournament bass fisherman. Techniques like Tex-o-lina rigging, Topwater, soft plastics and cranking just to name a few. I have traveled all over the united states to promote and tournament fish but my main areas that I fish are Texas to Mexico, the East Coast and North of Texas up to the Chicago, and out west to California. .
