The final day of the Rayovac FLW Series presented by Power-Pole on Grand Lake is shaping up to be extremely tight. Day-three leader Bradley Hallman absolutely hammered them on a walking topwater in the morning when the lake was covered by heavy rain, and he has added a few visible spawners as well. Hallman had at least 20 pounds by noon, but second-place pro Jonathan Henry had 18 in the box and was working on a bedding fish he described as “one I’ll really need if I’m gonna win this thing.”

Though it rained hard for much of the morning, the weather has been clearing up considerably since about 11 a.m.  As of now, there is a little more wind than the first two days, and a fair amount of sun. Though the conditions for sight-fishing aren’t ideal, they are definitely better than they were at the start of the day.

We’re off the water now, and the story from the rest of the field is a mystery thus far. With a tightly packed top 10, anything will be possible at today’s weigh-in. Be sure to check back to FLWFishing.com at 4 p.m. CT to see who walks away with $40,000 and the win.
