2015 FLW College Fishing Open

Direct Route to the National Championship

The inaugural FLW College Fishing Open on Kentucky Lake is now less than two months away, scheduled for March 20-21 on Kentucky Lake out of Moors Resort and Marina in Gilbertsville, Ky.

Hosted by the Kentucky Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Open is free to fish and guarantees the first-place team a brand-new Ranger Z117 with a 90-hp outboard. The top 10 teams immediately qualify for the 2016 FLW College Fishing National Championship.

The opportunity to qualify for the National Championship, totally bypassing the regular season and Conference Championship tournaments (if you so choose), is unprecedented. Yet this two-day tournament, held just minutes from FLW’s operations division offices in Benton, is even sweeter for other reasons. Free food and free sponsor products await anglers at registration, and the event will be covered on the web and in FLW Bass Fishing magazine much like a Rayovac FLW Series event, complete with on-the-water photography and evening pattern stories.
