Coverage of the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup will be broadcast in high-definition (HD) on NBC when “FLW” airs Sept. 29 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. ET. The Emmy-nominated “FLW” television show is hosted by Jason Harper and is broadcast to more than 564 million households worldwide, making it the most widely distributed weekly outdoors-sports television show in the world. Coverage of the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup will immediately re-air on the NBC Sports Network on Sept. 29 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.

The premier bass-fishing championship, presented by Walmart, took place Aug. 15-18 in Shreveport-Bossier City, La., and featured 46 of the nation’s top pros battling it out for a first-place prize of $500,000.

Bass-fishing fans who tune into the Sept. 29 NBC broadcast can also participate in Forrest Wood Cup Trivia for a chance to win an Igloo Yukon cooler as well as other great prizes.
