MARYVILLE, Tenn. – Castrol pro angler David Dudley, the career leader in FLW Tour earnings and the 2008 Angler of the Year, will be on hand to sign autographs and answer consumer questions as a highlight of the April 8 grand-opening festivities at Maryville Oil and Lube, 104 S. Washington St., in Maryville, Tenn.

Dudley will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to signing autographs, he will host a fishing seminar in which fishing techniques will be demonstrated, offer tips for everyday fishermen and coordinate a casting contest for special door prizes.

In addition to being one of the world’s most successful freshwater fishermen, Dudley also worked as a saltwater fishing guide off the North Carolina coast. The Lynchburg, Va., resident has won two of the richest events in bass fishing – the Ranger Boats Millennium event in 2002 and the Forrest Wood Cup in 2003. The payoff for those two wins alone was $1.2 million.
