In an ongoing effort to provide as much interaction between world-class anglers and fishing fans as possible, FLWOutdoors.com has announced the 11th installment of FLW Live Reel Chat. On Tuesday, Aug. 15, at 3 p.m. Central Time (4 p.m. ET), visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will be able to correspond directly with FLW Tour pro Brent Ehrler of Redlands, Calif., in a special live chat-room format.

Western Division angler Brent Ehrler of Redlands, Calif., continued the West Coast domination during the 2004 EverStart Series Championship by hauling in a Pro Division-leading weight of four bass weighing 5 pounds, 13 ounces during Friday's semifinal round.A Western bass-fishing phenom, Ehrler started out his FLW Outdoors career with a bang in 2003, finishing in the top five in each of the first three tournaments of the Stren Series Western Division held that season. Ultimately, Ehrler finished the year atop the Stren Series Western Division year-end standings. In 2004, Ehrler finished the Stren Series season with a third-place overall ranking and went on to capture the Stren Series Championship on Lake Cumberland. In 2005, during his rookie season on the FLW Tour, Ehrler turned in two top-25 performances which ultimately paved the way for his biggest victory to date, a $500,000 win at the 2006 Wal-Mart FLW Tour Championship.

Participation in the upcoming chat is simple. At the start of the next live chat on Aug. 15, visitors can log on at 3 p.m. Central time and participate or simply watch the chat unfold. However, readers may submit questions starting immediately and can continue asking questions throughout the entire duration of the Live Reel Chat.

During the chat, fishing fans will be able to ask Ehrler about his dramatic victory at the FLW Tour Championship, thoughts about the upcoming season, what it’s like to be a pro angler on the FLW Tour or anything else that comes to mind. Again, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com are able to log on and submit questions in advance of the scheduled chat in order to have the first shot at getting their questions answered. It’s FLW Live Reel Chatalso a great way to participate if you’re unable to make the live chat on Aug. 15, and the transcript of the event will be posted to the site in article form immediately following its conclusion.

In addition, bass-fishing fans who missed out on any previous FLW Live Reel Chats, can find links to their full transcripts here.
