FLW Live Reel Chat with Jimmy Houston today at noon

Fishing legend and television host will be available to chat directly with bass-fishing fans on FLWOutdoors.com

In an ongoing effort to provide as much interaction between world-class anglers and fishing fans as possible, FLWOutdoors.com has announced the third installment of FLW Live Reel Chat. On Wednesday, June 1, at approximately noon Central Time, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will be able to correspond directly with fishing legend, television personality and FLW Tour Chevy Team angler Jimmy Houston in a special live chat room format.

Houston, a two-time BASS Angler of the Year and one of the most recognizable faces on the professional bass-fishing circuit, is also the host of popular television show Jimmy Houston Outdoors on ESPN. Houston has been fishing the FLW Tour since 1997.

Bass-fishing fans who missed out on the two previous FLW Live Reel Chats – the May 16 chat with FLW Tour pro Alvin Shaw, winner of the 2005 FLW Tour event on Lake Wheeler, and the May 4 chat with FLW Tour pro Andre Moore of Scottsdale, Ariz., two-time winner of the FLW Tour’s Wal-Mart Open – can view the transcripts here.

Participation is simple. At the start of the next live chat on June 1, visitors can log on shortly before noon and start submitting questions. During the chat, fishing fans will be able to talk directly to Jimmy Houston about his storied career, television show or anything else that comes to mind. In addition, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will have the added bonus of being able to log on and submit questions up to one week prior to the chat in order to have the first shot at getting their questions answered.

FLWOutdoors.com will offer the FLW Live Reel Chat format continually, with regularly scheduled chats occurring the first Wednesday of each and every month. Also, additional chats will be added throughout each month as anglers or celebrities become available.
