Ranger’s NASCAR package boats emphasize performance

“When we set out to design our Ranger-NASCAR Limited Edition Series bass boat models, we very much kept in mind who our customers for this product were,” Ranger Boats Vice President of Sales and Marketing Bart Schad said. “We understood from the get-go that performance was important. And, as we always do at Ranger, we kept our strong commitment to quality and fishability as we engineered these models.”

That emphasis on performance is evident in the Ranger-NASCAR Series models by a special component package that includes an adjustable foot throttle, a high-performance cockpit, a 6-inch hydraulic jackplate (on the 519 model) and exacting hull specifications.

The Ranger-NASCAR Limited Series is available in the 521DVX (21 feet, 3 inches) or 519DVX (19-foot) model. Each model is available with either the Ranger-NASCAR color combination or NASCAR X-treme color and graphics packages.

“We’ve put a lot of extras on these Limited Edition Series models to make them really special,” Schad said. “There are several luxury features as well as an abundance of standard equipment.”

One item missing from the Ranger-NASCAR boats is a key. A new keyless ignition system was installed to increase security and convenience. The computerized system allows the operator to simply input the four-number individualized code on the keyboard to start the outboard engine.

The models also include a full set of instrument gauges: speedometer, tachometer, fuel, trim, water pressure and voltage. Comfort features include Soft-Ride seats and molded-in footrests.

The following are included as standard equipment on both models: recirculating aerated livewell with divider, filter screens, automatic timer and special pump-out feature; Teleflex Sea Star Pro hydraulic steering; Minn Kota Maxxum 74 trolling motor; heavy duty trolling motor wiring; 168 Garmin with temperature probe at console and 240 Garmin with temperature probe at bow; three bank X-treme battery charger and ProStow tackle organizer.
