Walmart FLW Tour Pro Prvonozac Withdraws From Tour

MINNEAPOLIS – Walmart FLW Tour pro Nick Prvonozac of Warren, Ohio, informed FLW of his decision Monday to withdraw from the remaining three regular-season FLW Tour events in the 2015 season. A tournament field of 149 boats will compete this week at the FLW Tour at Lake Eufaula presented by Quaker State.

 

Prvonozac fished three events in 2015 – a 46^th-place finish at the season opener on Lake Toho, a 106^th-place showing at Lewis Smith Lake and 76^th at Beaver Lake – and was in 72^nd place in the Angler of the Year race.

 

In FLW Tour competition, anglers are also vying for valuable points in hopes of qualifying for the 2015 Forrest Wood Cup, the world championship of bass fishing. The 2015 Forrest Wood Cup will be in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Aug. 20-23 on Lake Ouachita and is hosted by Visit Hot Springs. The Forrest Wood Cup Champion could win as much as $500,000 – professional bass-fishing’s richest prize.
