Castrol pro Darrel Robertson will be at the Old Rip Festival and Parade on Oct. 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Eastland, Texas. The event includes a variety of vendors, great food, arts & crafts, games, and entertainment.
The day starts off with the Old Rip 5K Run and Kids Fun Walk at 8 a.m., followed by the Old Rip Parade at 10 a.m. Live entertainment on the Courthouse Square will follow, with music, singing, dancing, and the presentation of awards. RipFest wouldn’t be complete without Bryan’s Annual Old Rip Car Show, showcasing antique, restored and specially-built cars and where fair-goers can meet pro Angler Darrel Robertson. A fish fry and bull-riding event will close out the fun-filled day.
The Castrol pro will be on-hand to meet fans and sign autographs. Robertson is considered one of the most experienced anglers on the tour, having fished with FLW every year since 1997. He has achieved just about every award there is, including capturing the 1999 Forrest Wood Cup on Fort Gibson Lake.
