Event information

“The college anglers are going to have to target staging areas around grass,” said Rice KrispiesTM TreatsTM pro Jim Tutt of Longview, Texas. “Not necessarily beating the bank, but grassy secondary points where the bass are staging. They’ll hit one staging spot where all the big ones are stacked up and they’ll likely win the tournament.”

Anglers will take off from the Umphrey Family Pavilion in Sam Rayburn, Texas, at 7 a.m. Sunday. Weigh-in will be held at the Umphrey Family Pavilion beginning at 1 p.m. Takeoffs and weigh-ins are free and open to the public.
