Boater Steve Whitaker of Scottsville, Ky., caught a seven-bass total weighing 20 pounds, 12 ounces Oct. 2-3 to win $3,901 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus in the BFL Music City Division Super Tournament on Old Hickory Lake.

Coming up

The next BFL Music City Division tournament, the Regional Championship, is scheduled for Oct. 14-16 on Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro, Ala. The top 40 boaters and 40 co-anglers from the LBL, Music City, South Carolina and Volunteer divisions have qualified for the Regional Championship, where the top six boaters and top six co-anglers will advance to the BFL All-American.
