Lloyd Pickett Jr. of Bartlett, Tenn., caught a five-bass limit weighing 25 pounds, 2 ounces Saturday to earn $6,763 as the winning boater in the BFL Mississippi Division tournament on Ross Barnett Reservoir.

Coming up

The next BFL Mississippi Division tournament is scheduled for April 10 at Pickwick Lake in Iuka, Miss. After the fifth Mississippi Division tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and 40 co-anglers in the points standings will qualify for the Oct. 7-9 Regional Championship at Lake Barkley in Kuttawa, Ky., where boaters will fish for a new Ranger 198VX powered by a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard plus a Chevy pick-up, and co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
