FLW radio to feature FLW Tour up-and-comer, Dallas sports scene

MINNEAPOLIS – “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart” on Fox Sports Radio 1190 AM is geared up to preview Sunday’s Cowboys/Eagles matchup and highlight other professional sports in Dallas. For fishing fans, the show’s hosts will turn to one of the rising stars on the FLW Tour.

Calling in to provide some free fishing advice will be FLW Tour pro angler Chad Grigsby of Colon, Mich. Other guests for this week’s show include Cowboys.com writer Nick Eatman and Dallas’ own sports personality Mike Fisher.

Beginning Sunday at 10 a.m. CST, hosts Keith Lebowitz and Travis Smith will preview the 2002 NFC East season as well as discuss a variety of sports- and outdoor-related issues with their noted guests.

Eatman will provide commentary about what is in store for the Cowboys’ game, which is scheduled for noon Sunday at Philadelphia’s Veterans Stadium. Fisher, who has 20-plus years of professional sports coverage under his belt, will widen the sports discussion to include the Stars, the Mavericks and the Rangers. Talking about the great sport of fishing will be FLW Tour rookie Grigsby, who finished in the top 25 of all three FLW tournaments he fished this year.
