Corbin fished Barkley Lake using a spinnerbait around wood to land his winning weight. Second place and $2114 went to Shawn Penn of Benton, Kentucky, who landed four bass weighing 11 pounds, 11 ounces. Penn fished south Barkley using a 3/8 ounce U. S. Tackle jig in a green/pumkin color. Penn was flipping wood in 4-5 feet of water.

Rounding out the top positions were: (3) Mike Saleeba, Manitou, KY, three bass, 11-0, $1241; Pm Bch, FL, five bass,(4) Jason Tolley, Richland, MS, two bass, 10-2, $795;(5) Ray Barga, Gilbertsville, KY, three bass, 10-1, $754; (6) Tim Griggs, Paducah, KY, three bass, 9-12, $671; (7 tie) Kelly Brooks, Henderson, KY, two bass, 9-2, $544.50; (7 tie) Steve South, Hamilton, OH, two bass, 9-2, $544.50; (9) Booby Wade, Wingo, KY, two bass, 8-15, $419; (10) Sam Henry, Murray, KY, two bass, 8-15, $346.

Chuck Kasinger of Owensboro, KY, won the Abu Garcia Big Bass Award of $1,000 for a 7 pound, 13 ounce bass. Kasinger caught the bass on a Carolina-rigged Zoom lizard, pumkinseed color.

Kelly Brooks of Henderson, KY is leading the LBL Division Ranger Millennium big bass race for the year.
